Our 8 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are a key element in driving our inclusive culture. ERGs are associate-driven communities that are open to all and foster an inclusive and supportive workplace. Gartner’s ERGs play an important role in enabling associate success and creating a sense of belonging for our associates. They do this through 4 strategic goals.
