What does the GSSO team do?

Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO)

As an associate on the GSSO team, you'll be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartner's Sales and Services teams, which delivers approximately $4.9B in annual business and technology insights revenue. You will partner with business leaders across Gartner to support global Sales and Services teams comprised nearly 9,000 associates and which sell to and service every major function across the enterprise.

What you'll do

Supporting and enabling Gartner’s Sales and Services teams

GSSO includes a range of Sales and Services support teams focused on a single mission of improving Sales productivity and execution of Sales and Services best practices. This includes teams focused on the technology tools leveraged by Gartner associates, the design of sales territories, associate training and upskilling and marketing programs developed to reach new prospects. GSSO serves as a critical and strategic partner to Gartner’s Sales and Services teams.
