Gartner Associates Celebrate Hispanic and Latin Recognition Month

In honor of Hispanic and Latin Recognition Month, the Unidos at Gartner Employee Resource Group (ERG) planned a series of engaging in-person and virtual events, open to all associates to join. Through these events, Gartner associates will have the opportunity to learn, share, and honor the cultures and heritage of Hispanic and Latin communities around the world.

Open to all, Unidos at Gartner is an associate-led group dedicated to building cultural awareness, celebrating, engaging and empowering professional growth for Hispanic and Latin associates and their colleagues around the world.

To mark this special month, Unidos at Gartner has curated a dynamic lineup of programming designed to support personal and professional growth, encourage meaningful conversations, and celebrate cultural pride. Associates are invited to participate in interactive panel discussions, where colleagues share their journeys of relocating to new countries and navigating career experiences in new environments. The month’s events also include virtual celebrations featuring music, games, and entertainment, inspirational keynote speakers, and storytelling sessions that highlight the unique traditions of Hispanic and Latin cultures.

Associates can immerse themselves in the festivities at in-office celebrations across our global locations, enjoying delicious food, lively games, and activities that showcase the vibrant heritage of Hispanic and Latin communities. Additionally, associates can join a variety of networking opportunities including candid conversations with Gartner leaders and coffee chats exploring the rich customs of Day of the Dead celebrations. Each event offers a chance for associates to connect, learn, and build lasting relationships with their colleagues.

We asked some of our associates to share their perspectives on how Gartner and Unidos at Gartner have supported their growth and sense of belonging. Here’s what they had to say:

“Unidos promotes inclusion and respect by organizing cultural awareness programs, educational workshops, and events that highlight the rich cultural heritage and contributions of Hispanic and Latin associates.” - Bruna P., Associate Director, Human Resources

“Unidos hosts fireside chats and panels where leaders talk about their career journeys, inspire others, and answer associate questions. We have coffee chats where we share our stories, and challenges, and how we have overcome those challenges.”- Lesly P., Senior Recruiter

Whether attending a panel discussion, joining a virtual music and trivia celebration, listening to an inspirational speaker, or participating in an in-office gathering, associates will find meaningful ways to engage, celebrate, and grow together.
