Our ERGs are open to all associates and enable associate success by supporting development, recognizing life stages, inspiring associates through storytelling and driving engagement through a sense of belonging.
Each March, we honor and celebrate the achievements of women throughout history and in our communities today. As we bring individuals from different backgrounds and experiences together, we can collectively grow, innovate to benefit our clients, and uplift the communities we serve.
Throughout the month, we will host a series of events, open to all associates, designed to empower associates, focusing on career development, building strong networks and acknowledging defining moments that shape our journeys. The events will begin a guest speaker featuring a body language expert who will offer valuable tips on nonverbal communication and enhancing influence. International Women's Day will be celebrated with luncheons at our offices around the globe that provide opportunities to connect with colleagues and learn from leadership panels. An author will join another session to discuss empowerment and embracing one's unique path.
Additionally, a cross-generational dialogue event will allow associates to exchange actionable advice for personal and professional growth. The team will also be hosting a panel discussion where leaders will share their personal career journeys and insights on navigating internal mobility and overcoming setbacks. Associates can also gain inspiration from sellers across Gartner who will share their experiences and strategies for achieving success in new roles. To round off the series, a coffee chat will facilitate authentic conversations about career development, sharing best practices and lessons learned across different business units.
There will be no shortage of ways for all Gartner associates to get involved, learn more and celebrate Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day.
