Gartner Associates Celebrate Mosaic Multicultural Month

This August, the Mosaic at Gartner employee resource group (ERG) has planned a variety of in-person and virtual events that are open to all associates. Through the events, Gartner associates are invited to learn, share and celebrate the different cultures of our global team.

Open to all, Mosaic at Gartner is a global community that unites associates from a multitude of cultures, racial and ethnic backgrounds, generations and life stages.

To celebrate the month, Mosaic at Gartner has organized global programming designed to provide support, share information and empower associate growth. Associates are invited to participate in a wide range of events, including interactive panel discussions featuring colleagues who will share their unique cultural journeys, as well as workshops designed to foster cross-cultural understanding. The month’s programming also includes virtual cooking classes highlighting global cuisines, storytelling sessions where associates can celebrate their heritage, and networking opportunities that connect members from different regions and backgrounds.

To further support personal and professional growth, Mosaic at Gartner is hosting skill-building seminars focused on inclusive leadership, as well as inspirational sessions on the different ways associates have grown their careers at Gartner. Whether attending a virtual cultural trivia night, participating in a book club, or joining an in-person celebration at one of our global offices, associates will find meaningful ways to engage, learn, and build lasting relationships. These events embody Gartner’s commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone is empowered to thrive.
