This August, the Mosaic at Gartner employee resource group (ERG) has planned a variety of in-person and virtual events that are open to all associates. Through the events, Gartner associates are invited to learn, share and celebrate the different cultures of our global team.
Open to all, Mosaic at Gartner is a global community that unites associates from a multitude of cultures, racial and ethnic backgrounds, generations and life stages.
Throughout the month, we’ll be hosting events for associates to come together to embrace change, learn from one another’s experiences, and support each other through growth and transformation. This year’s programming encourages associates to explore how adapting to new challenges can strengthen skills, broaden perspectives, and spark innovation. Associates will be invited to join a variety of events including a workshop featuring a motivational speaker who will share how qualities like empathy and connection remain vital in an evolving workplace. Additionally, we’ll be hosting an inspiring fireside chat with leaders who will reflect on lessons gained through navigating uncertainty and adversity.
The month’s events also offer opportunities to deepen cultural understanding. Workshops focused on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, as well as panel discussions on cross-cultural leadership, invite associates to reflect on the power of community and the value of different perspectives. We’ll also be hosting community engagement events in both Gurgaon and Mumbai. At these events, associates will spend time with children at the Donate an Hour Campus and other local organizations, sharing in conversations, activities, and the distribution of school supplies collected through the School Supplies Drive. These events are designed to create moments of connection and highlight the importance of education and community.
Through these workshops, storytelling, leadership conversations and community events, we are bringing together different perspectives to help us thrive through change – individually and together.
