“Putting people’s health at the center of design, a WELL certified office promises to optimize occupant health, improve health related habits, improve quality of life and increase productivity. Our Gurgaon office has the best practices to help to reduce energy, water, waste, pollution and CO2 at the community scale, and in turn improve air and water quality.” - Sasmita Sahu, Director, Real Estate
Enhanced Air Quality with RESET
We’ve implemented air purification systems and installed air quality monitors for real time access to indoor air performance. This helps ensure that the indoor air quality of the office remains at a safe, healthy level for associates.
Human-Centric Design
We’ve incorporated greenery throughout the office and installed automated blinds so associates access the maximum sunlight throughout the day. In addition, we’ve also improved our lighting systems to mimic more natural lighting. Finally, we’ve installed adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, and more so associates can be more active throughout the day.
Associate Amenities
Finally, we’ve added more amenities throughout the building including Mother’s Rooms, a recreation center, quiet zones, a gaming zone, and a state of art cafeteria.
“In order to find and retain top talent, it is essential for us to foster an environment that empowers people with the right space to work, think and collaborate naturally. The Gurgaon office is designed to positively influence health, wellbeing, employee satisfaction, and performance. There are areas for associates to recharge and the design takes their comfort into consideration and is aimed at providing a less stressful and more productive atmosphere.” - Santosh Ghate, MVP Human Resources
