職務内容

• 経営層への助言 ：シニアエグゼクティブと協働し、成長・効率化・イノベーション・リスク低減を直接実現するテクノロジー戦略を策定

• 洞察の実行への転換 ：ガートナーの知見を基盤としたコンサルティングプロジェクトを主導し、「何をすべきか」から「どう実現するか」までを支援

• 測定可能な価値の創出 ：プラットフォームの近代化、アプリケーションの合理化、クラウド移行、データ&アナリティクス活用、サイバーリスク管理、コスト最適化等を推進

• アカウントポートフォリオの拡大と収益成長 ：戦略的なリレーション構築と新規案件の創出・クロージング

• 卓越したチームのリード ：高い問題解決力を持つコンサルタントを鼓舞・育成し、優れたチームを形成

• 大手コンサルティングファーム での実績（クライアントデリバリーとセールス活動両方の経験）

• テクノロジー課題解決（アーキテクチャ、アナリティクス、エンジニアリング、戦略等）の確かな基礎

• 複数IT領域での信頼性

• 強い協働志向でチームを率い、エグゼクティブに影響を与え、成果を実現した実績

• 知的好奇心と、ガートナーのフレームワークを各クライアントの状況に適応させる柔軟性

• 複数のシニアクライアント課題を同時に高品質でマネジメントできるスタミナと存在感

• 大卒以上（MBA修了者歓迎）

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力必須
