About the role:

Join our Agentic AI Applications team to build intelligent digital assistants for Gartner's Sales and Service teams. You'll develop multi-agent AI systems using RAG, orchestration frameworks, and LLMs to help associates prepare for client interactions and deliver better results. This role bridges AI engineering and product delivery—from POC to high-availability production.

What you'll do:

• Build multi-agent architectures that autonomously retrieve, synthesize, and act on client data and business intelligence.

• Engineer RAG pipelines that aggregate client priorities, communication history, and value metrics for real-time context.

• Implement workflows that connect disparate systems and route tasks to specialized sub-agents or APIs.

• Build guardrails, security controls, and intent recognition to ensure safe handling of sensitive data.

• Scale AI capabilities from experimental POCs to robust, production systems serving thousands of users.

• Optimize LLM interactions and context usage to balance latency, cost, and response quality.

• Collaborate with senior engineers, product, and data science teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

What you will need :

Strong IT professional with 2-4 yrs of experience in software development using Python. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills along with high on ownership and accountability. 

Must have:

2–4 years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production code.

• Strong Python proficiency (FastAPI, async programming, performance optimization).

• Strong skills for querying, designing, and optimizing databases.

• Hands-on experience building AI applications with LangGraph or LangChain and RAG using vector databases.

• Experience designing and deploying scalable AWS solutions (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway).

• Familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and container orchestration.

• Experience transitioning complex systems from POC to production environments.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
