About the role:

Gartner Peer Community is an influential network of business leaders where they discuss key challenges, exchange insights, and make critical business decisions. As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in driving client acquisition, engagement, and participation across the Gartner Peer Community platform.

This role combines product operations, content creation and survey strategy. You will be responsible for creating and executing surveys that generate valuable industry insights, drive member acquisition, and increase engagement. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Content, and Marketing teams to improve the client experience, optimize internal processes, and support platform growth initiatives.

A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional written communication abilities, and a passion for understanding user behaviour and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

What you will do:

  • Design, create, and manage survey content that drives client acquisition, engagement, and thought leadership.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify trending topics and business priorities that can be translated into impactful surveys.

  • Gather and interpret stakeholder requirements to design surveys that effectively address business questions through thoughtful question development, survey structure, branching logic, and respondent experience.

  • Own the end-to-end survey lifecycle, including topic selection, question design, survey setup, launch planning and survey campaigns

  • Execute outreach and engagement campaigns to achieve target Q&A and survey response rates and participation goals.

  • Develop recommendations based on data and insights to improve community adoption, user experience, and operational processes.

  • Plan and execute experiments to drive growth, retention, and contributions across the platform.

  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings and business impact to stakeholders.

  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and align initiatives with broader business objectives.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Business Studies, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or English preferred.

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in Product Operations, Marketing, Content, Community Management, Research, or related fields.

  • Strong content creation and survey-writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging, unbiased, and insightful survey questions.

  • Experience designing and executing surveys, research studies, or audience engagement programs to drive acquisition is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and executive presentations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Familiarity with Survey creation, email marketing and engagement tools such as Qualtrics, Eloqua, Lemlist, or similar platforms is preferred.

  • Experience working with digital communities, online engagement platforms, or customer-facing products is a plus.
