We are seeking a  Senior Program Manager  to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives for planning and producing research content delivery. This role is a  key product partner , driving outcomes across stakeholders, influencing strategy, and ensuring measurable business impact. 

This individual will  operate autonomously, own outcomes, and deliver through others,  including mentoring team members and influencing senior stakeholders. 

What You Will Do  

Program Leadership & Ownership 

  • Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives within content planning and production 

  • Drive alignment between product strategy, roadmap, and execution 

  • Ensure delivery against business outcomes (adoption, engagement, satisfaction) 

Strategic Stakeholder Management 

  • Act as primary interface for senior stakeholders across BTI, IT, and business units 

  • Challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations 

  • Build strong relationships and influence decision-making at multiple levels 

Advanced Requirements & Product Partnership 

  • Lead complex requirements definition across multiple stakeholder groups 

  • Ensure high-quality product artifacts (epics, stories) that require minimal refinement 

  • Partner with Product and UX to shape product direction and user experience 

Driving Outcomes Through Others 

  • #LIMentor and develop team members, improving product thinking and execution 

  • Guide cross-functional teams to deliver efficiently and independently 

  • Identify and resolve delivery risks proactively, even in ambiguous situations 

Continuous Improvement & Product Excellence 

  • Identify systemic issues and lead transformation of processes and workflows 

  • Introduce best practices for product lifecycle management and feedback loops 

  • Use quantitative insights to drive prioritization and decision-making 

Qualifications   

  • 8–12+ years in program management, product management, or product operations 

  • Proven ability to own large, complex programs and deliver through others  

  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders 

  • Deep experience with Agile product development and product lifecycle management 

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 86,000 USD - 118,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
