About the Team:
The Digital Workplace Services Governance (Operations) team provides the essential framework for oversight and resource management of our organization’s digital workplace services. We ensure effective tracking of license entitlements, optimize and consolidate software usage, and maintain compliance with current licensing agreements. Our team systematically engages IT and non-IT peers, including HR, Communications, Business Units, Legal, and Security, to support and assess the overall effectiveness and value of digital workplace services. We also focus on robust relationship-building and vendor management to evaluate, select, and manage strategic partnerships.
About the Role:
As a member of the Digital Workplace Services Governance team, you will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing the delivery, compliance, and optimization of digital workplace services. You will collaborate across departments, manage software and service entitlements, and help maintain strong vendor relationships to support our organization’s digital transformation.
What you’ll do:

Track, manage, and report on digital workplace service entitlements, software licenses, and usage across the organization.

Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of digital workplace software and services, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Communicate important updates, changes, and maintenance schedules related to digital workplace software and services to leadership, the team, and business stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.

Analyze service and software usage data to identify opportunities for optimization, consolidation, and cost savings.

Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and digital workplace service contracts; support audits as needed.

Collaborate with IT, HR, Communications, Business Units, Legal, and Security to assess and enhance the effectiveness and adoption of digital workplace services.

Lead and support vendor management activities, including evaluating, selecting, onboarding, and managing relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Assist in developing and implementing governance policies, processes, and best practices for digital workplace services.

Prepare and present documentation, dashboards, and reports for management and stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate risks related to digital workplace services, and coordinate resolution of service issues or escalations.

Proactively seek opportunities to enhance digital workplace services, drive innovation, and support the evolving needs of the organization.

Support user adoption through training, guidance, and communication of best practices for digital workplace tools and services.

Ensure digital workplace services adhere to organizational data privacy and security policies.
What you’ll need:
4+ years of experience in digital workplace services, software asset management, IT governance, or vendor management
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Must-have:

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Familiarity with digital workplace tools, service management, and software licensing concepts is desirable.
