About the role:
Gartner is seeking a Project Manager to manage the day-to-day Project management activities of multiple IT projects or scrum teams operating within an Agile framework.
What you’ll need:
Strong IT professional with hands-on experience in Managing the IT projects and Agile Project Management knowledge. The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills along with high level of ownership and accountability.
Must have:

3-5 years of experience in managing IT Projects and strong project management skills.

3+ years in Strong Agile Scrum knowledge, and hands on experience with the full software development lifecycle

Experience to apply Agile project management practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align project objectives with business goals.

Identify, analyze, and resolve project risks and issues, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance within the team.
-
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Knowledge of IT documentation processes/procedures.
-
Experience with on-site offshore model, flexible with shift timings (working with US clients).

Support on weekends for releases, as and when the need be (once in a month/ adhoc basis).

Strong ability to understand business expectations and to resolve issues that may affect delivery.
Nice to have:

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar market-leading products.

Experience managing CRM platforms and DevOps activities, including supporting technical teams during production deployments.

Experience working on enterprise-level initiatives and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience collaborating with integration teams.
What you’ll do :

Oversee day-to-day management of multiple IT projects or scrum teams operating within an Agile framework.

Lead projects using Agile Scrum methodologies, coordinating both small and large teams, including those with multiple scrum dependencies and vendor collaboration.

Ensure effective implementation of Agile/Scrum processes, providing coaching and guidance to maximize team performance.

Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Experience collaborating with Development and QA teams to drive release activities and manage production deployments.

Ensure seamless execution of projects while aligning with the organization’s strategic objectives, commitments, and goals.

Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams within a complex organizational ecosystem.

Quickly establish credibility with business units and IT partners as a proactive change agent, leveraging exceptional leadership and managerial skills to drive project success.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required
