【セールスイネーブルメント部門内のデマンドジェネレーションチーム】
各業界に特化した需要創出キャンペーン、カンファレンス、部門横断的なコラボレーションを通じ、パートナーが潜在顧客との接点を増やし、見込み顧客(リード)を集めるための基盤を構築できるよう戦略的に支援を行います。
パートナーが新規リードを特定・育成・選別し、商談の加速およびクロージングをサポートします。

【主な役割】

  • 業界キャンペーンやカンファレンスの実施を支援する魅力的かつ革新的なマーケティング資料の作成

  • サミットやシンポジウムなどのカンファレンス、ターゲットキャンペーン、ウェビナー、ラウンドテーブルの準備・実施(バーチャル・対面両方)

  • 高品質なリードの特定と育成を目的とした効果的なリードジェネレーション戦略の開発・実行。エンゲージメントとコンバージョン率を向上させ、ビジネス成長を支援

  • データ駆動型の洞察と市場分析に基づき、ステークホルダーの意思決定を支援。マーケティング施策の成果とビジネスへのインパクトを報告

  • コンサルティング部門およびガートナー全体のステークホルダーとの一貫したコミュニケーション戦略の策定

  • セールス、リサーチ、サービス、カンファレンスチャネルと連携し、コンサルティングのデマンドジェネレーション活動を推進

  • その他、必要に応じたアドホックおよび戦略的プロジェクトへの取り組み

【応募要件】

  • 学士およびそれに準ずる学位

  • マーケティングまたはセールスイネーブルメント経験(2-3年)

  • 高いコミュニケーション能力(口頭および書面)

  • Microsoft OfficeやCRMシステムなど、コンピュータツールの操作能力

  • データ分析・レポーティングのスキル(Excel必須、PowerBI歓迎)

  • MQLや収益創出ベースの評価に抵抗がない

  • ビジネスレベルの英語力(レポートラインが海外にいるマネージャーになります)

The Demand Generation team within the Sales Enablement function strategically focuses on empowering partners to build the top of the funnel through industry campaigns, conferences, and cross-business-unit collaboration. We help partners identify, nurture, and qualify new leads and support the acceleration and closing of deals. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a results-oriented approach, and a passion for driving growth through innovative marketing and demand-generation strategies.

What you will do:

  • Produce compelling and innovative marketing material to support the delivery of industry campaigns and conferences.

  • Support the preparation and execution of conferences (summits and symposiums), targeted campaigns, webinars, and roundtables in a virtual and physical environment.

  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify and cultivate high-quality leads, driving increased engagement and conversion rates to support business growth.

  • Inform stakeholder decisions based on data-driven insights and market analysis, and report on marketing initiatives' results and impact on the business. 

  • Develop a consistent communication strategy with all stakeholders within Consulting and within Gartner.

  • Work with Sales, Research, Service, and Conference channels on Consulting demand generation activities.

  • Other ad-hoc and strategic project initiatives as the need arises

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2 -3 years of marketing, sales enablement experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Both Japanese and English).

  • Strong competency with computer-based tools, including Microsoft Office and CRM system(s).

  • Strong competency with data analysis and reporting (Excel is a must, PowerBI is a plus).

  • Comfortable being measured on MQLs and revenues generated.
