  • Technology governance, programme assurance and benefits realisation

This role combines thought leadership, commercial leadership and client impact, with clear accountability for growing Gartner’s FSI Consulting footprint in the Netherlands.

  • Demonstrated success in account development and revenue growth within Financial Services
  • Experience from a top-tier management or technology consulting firm
  • Strong understanding of the Dutch Financial Services landscape, including Retail, Commercial or Corporate Banking and/or Insurance
  • Deep expertise in one or more of the following:
  • C-level advisory focused on technology-driven change (AI, data, cloud, digital platforms)
  • IT Strategy and IT Strategy Execution
  • Core systems and application modernisation (e.g. core banking or policy administration platforms)
  • Value realisation from technology transformation and programme assurance
  • Comfortable selling complex, high-value advisory work and building trust-based, long-term executive relationships
  • A consistent high performer, combining commercial drive with intellectual curiosity, humility and resilience
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets

The opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class consulting organisation at a pivotal point of growth in the Netherlands.
