As a Senior Managing Partner in Gartner Consulting Netherlands, you will advise the country's leading Banking and Insurance organizations on the technology, transformation, and business decisions that will define their next decade. Gartner is continuing to invest in and expand its Financial Services Consulting business in the Netherlands, creating a unique opportunity to shape both client outcomes and market growth.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Managing Partner, you operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and executive leadership. You are a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, CFOs, and senior business leaders—helping them navigate disruption, make high-stakes decisions, and turn technology into a driver of growth, resilience, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

You will own and expand a portfolio of Gartner's most important Financial Services clients, bringing the full force of Gartner's unmatched insights, benchmarking capabilities, AI expertise, and global research to their most mission-critical challenges.

What You'll Do

• Advise at the highest level. Partner with senior executives to define technology and business strategies that directly support growth, innovation, operational excellence, and risk management.

• Turn insight into execution. Lead consulting engagements grounded in Gartner insights, helping clients move from "what should we do?" to "how do we make this real?"

• Drive measurable value. Help organizations define and execute technology strategies, modernize applications and platforms, realize value from AI and data investments, and improve transformation outcomes.

• Expand account portfolio and drive revenue growth through strategic relationship development and consistently identifying and closing new opportunities.

• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives. Guide clients through complex technology, operating model, and digital transformation programs while ensuring business alignment and measurable results.

• Shape Gartner's Financial Services market presence. Work closely with Consulting and Research leadership to grow Gartner's Banking and Insurance footprint across the Netherlands.

• Lead exceptional teams. Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing consultants who thrive on solving complex challenges.

• A track record of influencing C-suite executives, building trusted relationships, and delivering outcomes—not just recommendations.

• Demonstrated success in account development, pipeline growth, consulting sales, and long-term client relationship management.

• Experience leading or overseeing complex transformation programs, technology modernization initiatives, and value realization efforts.

• Intellectual curiosity and the confidence to adapt Gartner's frameworks and insights to each client's unique situation.

• The presence, resilience, and leadership capability to manage multiple senior-level client priorities simultaneously.

• MBA or advanced degree preferred
