As a Managing Partner in Gartner Consulting Sweden, you will advise some of the Nordics' most influential organizations across Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Retail, and Supply Chain on the decisions that will define their future.

The Opportunity

As a Managing Partner, you operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and executive leadership. You are a trusted advisor to CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, CDOs, and transformation leaders—helping them navigate disruption, make high-stakes decisions, and turn technology into a driver of growth, resilience, and competitive advantage.

You will own and expand a portfolio of Gartner's most important clients, bringing the full force of Gartner's unmatched insights, benchmarking capabilities, and global expertise to their most mission-critical challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Advise at the highest level. Partner with senior executives to define technology and business strategies that directly enable growth, operational excellence, innovation, and risk management.

  • Turn insight into execution. Lead consulting engagements grounded in Gartner insights, helping clients move from "what should we do?" to "how do we make this real?"

  • Drive measurable value. Help organizations modernize applications, optimize operating models, accelerate cloud adoption, unlock greater value from data and AI investments, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

  • Expand account portfolio and drive revenue growth through strategic relationship development and consistently identifying and closing new opportunities.

  • Lead major transformation initiatives. Guide clients through complex digital, technology, and organizational change programs while maintaining executive alignment and business focus.

  • Lead exceptional teams. Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing consultants while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture across Sweden and the broader Nordic region.

With a particular focus on Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Retail, and E&U organizations, you will help leaders modernize technology environments, accelerate transformation initiatives, and compete more effectively in increasingly digital and data-driven markets.

What Sets You Apart

  • A proven background in a well-regarded consulting firm, balancing client delivery and revenue generation.

  • Strong foundation in technology consulting, IT strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise technology leadership.

  • Expertise across one or more of the following sectors: Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Retail, or Supply Chain.

  • Credibility across multiple technology domains, not just one "lane."

  • A track record of leading teams, influencing C-suite executives, and delivering outcomes—not just recommendations.

  • Demonstrated success in account development, pipeline growth, executive relationship management, and consulting sales.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.

  • Intellectual curiosity and the confidence to adapt Gartner's frameworks to each client's unique situation.

  • The stamina and presence to juggle multiple senior-level client priorities without losing focus or quality.
