Celebrating Pride Month at Gartner

Each June, we celebrate Pride Month at Gartner and invite all associates to join in-person and virtual events to connect with colleagues, expand their networks and learn something new. Read on to learn more about our Pride at Gartner employee resource group (ERG) and discover how Gartner is celebrating Pride month.

Open to all, our Pride at Gartner ERG is a global community where LGBTQ+ associates, their allies and colleagues find support, share resources, and celebrate LGBTQ+ experiences.

This year, our initiatives to recognize Pride Month include engaging discussions on the intersections and shared experiences across identities, allyship across regions, and LGBTQ+ family dynamics. Our associates have the opportunity to attend World Pride, and connect with attendees at Tokyo Pride 2025, where we are sponsoring a booth. Our Barcelona Sports Club Pride Month event invites associates to run or walk together, fostering community spirit. Additionally, we will host a ‘courageous conversations’ panel for associates to learn about conflict resolution styles and a book club discussion on a novel selected by the Pride at Gartner ERG and the Gartner Green Team. These events are open to all associates globally and reflect Gartner's inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
