About This Role
Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Responsible for monitoring spend using analytical purpose-built tools to detect process anomalies and trends with the goal of decreasing out of compliance activity and possible fraud.

Monitor T&E spend using Concur and Oversight and other analytical tools.

Monitor Coupa P2P Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Invoices using Coupa Spend Guard and other analytical tools.

Manage Internal Controls/SOX support for S2P Ops and T&E including generating reports and developing documentation.

Perform completeness and accuracy checks.

Coupa processes Auditing.
-
T&E process auditing.

Monitor various metrics such as delinquencies, un-submitted transactions, personal usage of the corporate card, submission of receipt packages, missing receipt affidavit usage and delayed manager approval.

Understand all Gartner policies and the relationship they have to the proper submission of expenses.

Provide daily support to associates who have questions on the audit process, policy, and expense report submissions.

Understand global S2P, T&E processes and interdependencies to assist with global consistency and efficiency projects.

Complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Internal and External Relationships/Interactions
Gartner Finance+ teams, IT, Financial Systems Support, expense program users, corporate cardholders.
Education/Certifications
Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
Professional Experience
2-4 years of experience working in internal audit, finance or similar business functions. Familiarity with basic accounting/internal audit procedures.
