Financial System Analyst, Source to Pay Operations

About this role:
The purpose of this role is to support the Gartner Source to Pay (S2P) teams with operational enhancements, new application implementations, system support, and special projects.
Major Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
- Responsible for the day to day administration of S2P systems including user accounts, setting updates and template changes. Scope of systems includes but not limited to: Coupa (Procure-to-Pay, Third Party Risk Management, Spend Analytics), Apttus/Salesforce (Contract Lifecycle Management), Workday Strategic Sourcing (e-Sourcing), Concur (T&E), Salesforce (Internal Service Requests) and associated databases.
- Support S2P team system implementations as required.
- Support S2P users with system issue remediation, testing, documentation, and user training
- Run system reports to proactively identify and correct data errors
- Participate in the monthly/quarterly review of OEM solution release notes and meetings with S2P stakeholders for enhancements
- Oversee the program administration for several Gartner preferred suppliers including liaising with the supplier, managing shared mailboxes, customer support, implementation support for new supplier programs and overall program health.
- Special projects as required.

- Gartner Finance+ teams, IT, Financial Systems Support, expense program users, corporate cardholders.

Education/Certifications
- Typically requires a minimum of an Associate equivalent.
- May benefit from vocational training or relevant certifications.
- Entry-level positions often prioritize skills and willingness to learn over formal education.
- Possessing industry-specific certifications can be advantageous.
- Some roles might encourage or prefer an associate degree or relevant coursework.
Professional Experience
- Entry-level position requiring minimal professional experience.
- Typically, suitable for recent graduates or individuals with internship experience.
- Basic knowledge or familiarity with internal audit, finance or similar business functions concepts and practices.
- Requires on-the-job training and supervision to develop expertise.
- Opportunity to learn and grow within the role and organization.
- Some working knowledge within area or function.
Technical/Professional Skills & Competencies
- 3 years + experience with systems and processes. Familiarity with P2P, CLM, eSourcing, Third Party Risk Management, T&E and Spend Analytics solutions desired.
- Develops foundational familiarity with knowledge areas, practices, and technology.
- Demonstrates essential technical skills aligned with the role's requirements.
- Adapts to new technical tools and methodologies effectively.

- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to learn new tools quickly.
