About this role:
The Recruiting Coordination team are candidate care experts. We’re a global team of resourceful, cross-functional professionals who partner closely with our TA partners to provide a world-class experience for candidates throughout the interview process.
The Senior Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for scheduling interviews, booking travel, managing logistics, and all aspects of candidate care for internal and external candidates. The Senior RC will partner directly with Hiring Managers, candidates, and recruiters to ensure all logistics related to scheduling are managed professionally. This position demands an outstanding ability to multitask as well as superior organizational skills. It requires an individual who always understands the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism and can deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to adapt to change. The Senior RC will also mentor and assist in developing the skills of other Recruiting Coordinators in all global locations.
What you’ll do:
● Support scheduling and scheduling logistics for multiple recruiters and business units across the globe.
● Aim to achieve or exceed the monthly scheduling goals and analyze scheduling trends that could impact the SLA delivery to our clients.
● Support recruiting drives globally by arranging multiple interviews in one day or a series of days conducted by the business.
● Project support, working on a programmatic task or an initiative to support the needs of the business.
● Take ownership and a proactive approach to be a subject matter expert in scheduling.
● Maintain strict discretion/confidentiality with details of all internal and external candidates throughout the interview process.
● Execute a best-in-class interview experience by driving a consistency and setting candidates up for success, whether in a virtual setting, or when visiting our offices.
● Develop collaborative and trust-based value-added relationships with your global peers and recruiting partners.
● Remain change-agile and solution-oriented with all scheduling changes and reschedules, and quickly problem-solve challenges.
● Proactively review the effectiveness of existing processes and share ideas on how to best streamline and improve with leadership.
● Utilize metrics to identify process improvements and performance. Identify key enhancements and new opportunities to streamline our scheduling process to improve productivity and efficiency.
● Coach and mentor new and existing RC team members to develop skills and drive process consistency.
● Exhibit high standards of behavior and performance. Serve as a role model for the RC team, lead by example and drive consistent results.
● Maintain proactive communication with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates throughout the scheduling process to ensure a first-class scheduling experience.

● Establish and maintain a strong personal brand and elevate the RC team brand. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, remain change agile, and be solution-oriented when faced with challenges.
● Act as an RC champion, helping to onboard and train new RC team members throughout the year.
● Proactively lead and facilitate team/knowledge sharing meetings.
● Proactively partner and collaborate with leadership on projects. Continuously help and support RC leaders globally and take the lead in tasks/projects.
What you’ll need:
● Bachelors' degree preferred
● Robust business experience preferably in Human Resources or related areas.
● Proven ability to successfully work with challenging and demanding recruiters.
● Proven ability to work collaboratively with others at all levels of the organization.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, ATS experience a plus.
● Proven success with teaching and mentoring skills to new team members.
● Proven experience working in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
● Proven experience with handling a high volume of scheduling requests with competing priorities within the allotted SLA.
● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
