About the role

Gartner Peer Insights’ (GPI) mission is to transform the way enterprise software & services are bought and sold by creating the industry standard for ratings and reviews. The GPI Platform Growth team is responsible for expanding platform visibility, registration and contributions to Peer Insights ratings and reviews though efforts such as search engine optimization, promotional marketing and targeted email outreach. 

If you are a detail-oriented individual with experience in email campaign execution and management Peer Insights is for you. You will be a key contributor to the ongoing growth and success of Gartner by supporting the execution of lead/reviews generation campaigns for the GPI platform

What you will do

  • Manage outbound email communications to drive web traffic, boost engagement and drive registrations. This would primarily include email asset creation and campaign set up using the right filter conditions in Eloqua.

  • Work in partnership with product management, operations and other stakeholders to ensure the appropriate audiences are reached effectively at the optimal times with the ideal message.

  • Include audience segmentation recommendations into our email-marketing strategies to increase both our registered user base and recurring review contribution performance

  • Identify and conduct A/B tests to build email best practices.

  • Identifies opportunities for business process improvement, recommends, and implements change.

  • Understand and utilize email best practice while ensuring compliance with various regulatory (i.e. GDPR, CASL, PIPL) and opt-out policies

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience using Eloqua for B2B marketing automation, e.g., campaign design & management, personalization, lead management, metrics analysis, etc.

  • Experience building and managing an email marketing program.

  • Proven work experience in growing, engaging with, and analyzing the performance of a large email marketing database.

  • Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and other CMS.

  • Project management experience & capability to give independent opinions based on facts

  • Strong Microsoft Office expertise – Advanced Excel, PowerPoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a willingness to speak up regarding change and new ideas

  • High attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, strong multi-tasking skills for working on concurrent projects/effort
