What we’re looking for:  

As a Lead Frontend Engineer, you will work with your manager, team members and stakeholders to provide technology vision, enable innovation, and understand critical trends that will create increased business value.You will guide the team by leading technical business initiatives, applying advanced technology knowledge and skills in assessing technical requirements and proactively directing, designing and developing leading edge solutions.

The successful candidate will need to be able to communicate effectively with senior management, team members, and senior business stakeholders across the division and Gartner.

  • Set the technical direction for your team, while empowering them to innovate and up level their skills.

  • Build applications with the highest performance and scalability.

  • Perform hands-on development and provide thoughtful code reviews and architectural insights.

  • Ensure the platform's compliance with industry standards and best practices.

  • Mentor and lead a team of engineers, contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence.

What you’ll bring to the team:

Must have:

  • 7+ years of experience in implementing designs and leading the development of new software, with a strong background in Typescript, Next.Js, React.Js, Node.Js and webpack, or similar programming languages.

  • Successful experience leading an agile team in developing and deploying software, emphasizing planning, definition, development, testing, and production implementation.

  • Experience developing high-level product specifications, while considering application performance, security and scalability.

  • Expert at API integration.

  • Experience creating technical roadmaps and architecture diagrams while considering product requirements and goals. Ensuring that all noted tasks are in sync with backend services and user interface changes.

  • A drive to help continuously improve processes and frameworks both on the team as well as in the engineering organization.

  • The ability to lead and facilitate collaboration through a remote first approach.

  • Driven by curiosity and the need to learn and continue to develop.

  • You enjoy a good challenge: you are not afraid to make mistakes and quickly learn from them.

  • You aren’t tied to the status quo and strive to achieve new design standards.

  • A passion for engineering, learning, and teamwork is a must!

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required

  • Verbal English skills (we work in English!)

  • Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms and software design principles.
