About the role

Gartner is looking to hire a Sr Security Analyst, IAM focused on stable, secure and proactive monitoring and management of the Identity platforms serving on-premises and cloud services at scale in a rapidly evolving environment.

What you will do

  • Ensure successful implementations on IAM projects and meet the timelines

  • Provisioning/de-provisioning and federation related operations based on SAML 2.0 and OAuth/OpenID Connect

  • Proactive health management of IDaaS, PAM, AD and other critical IAM services

  • Gather user input to understand scenarios and develop detailed technical requirements to setup SSO integrations, onboard PAM platform or issue certificates based on enterprise PKI

  • Delegation or rights management in AD, Okta and CyberArk

  • Identify and validate the requirements and manage the life cycle (create/delete) of service/shared/resource accounts in AD

  • Troubleshoot and remediate the cloud Identity sync services related issues

  • Reconciliation of discrepancy or security alerts

  • Resolve service requests or incident tickets with-in the SLA timelines

  • Prompt and clear communication with the requestors during the request/incident management

  • Research and escalate unresolvable issues or requests to the engineering team with comprehensive information

What you will need

Strong security analyst professional with 4-6 years’ experience of working on IT security projects in a fast-paced, time-bound environment.

Must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or similar preferred with minimum 4 years of applicable experience

  • Experience with Active Directory Services, LDAP, Single Sign On, and PKI

  • Experience with technologies such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Role-Based Active Control (RBAC) and Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC)

  • Experienced with integrating Access management tools with third party and custom applications and troubleshooting relevant integrating issues

  • Experienced in information security technologies and industry best practices

  • Experience with Active Directory (AD) in conjunction with Windows 10 and Server 2016 and above

  • Experience with scripting (powershell, python etc.)

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems or similar

  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills.

  • Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment.

  • Owns success – Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions.

  • Strong desire to improve upon their skills in software development, frameworks, and technologies
