About The Role:
This internship would suit an ambitious student looking for an opportunity to grow into a leadership role and develop their corporate event management skills. Demonstrating superior poise and grace under pressure, the ideal candidate has excellent time management skills, is detail oriented, is comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment and maintains flexibility in their day to day workflow.
What You Will Do:
Assist in the planning and delivery of live Gartner conferences
Gain real-world experience in a fast paced event planning environment
Collaborate with the conferences program and operations teams to drive superior customer service
Interact with and receive coaching from leadership
Attend the Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit in National Harbor Maryland on June 3rd-5th
What You Will Need:
Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program with expected graduation date within a year of successfully completing the internship program
Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills
Leadership or work experience to supplement strong student achievement
Experience in event management

A reasonable estimate of the hourly rate for this role is 17 USD - 25 USD.
