This team accelerates sales activity by attracting, engaging and converting leaders and their teams through the delivery of compelling Gartner insights and experiences throughout the buyer journey.

The Program Manager role in Experiential Marketing provides a unique opportunity to play a critical role in helping to transform Corporate Marketing at Gartner. The PM will partner closely MVP of Experiential Marketing & Innovation, as well as leaders in Conferences and Sales, to support the evolution of our prospect programs at Conferences.

This role is hybrid virtual / in office and based in Gurgaon, India.

What You Will do:

  • Leverage a data-driven approach to assessing the performance of prospect programs at Gartner Conferences, identifying levers to pull to improve performance, and executing on those levers to drive evolution. Create comprehensive set of input to drive decision-making including analytics, customer insights, and seller behaviors and feedback.

  • Build programs from the ground up. Design and run pilots to improve prospect identification and conversion, and scale successful tests into full-scale programs with speed and accuracy. Also, work closely with Experiential Marketing leaders and Invitational Program leads to run pilots within existing programs as well.

  • Collaborate with leaders across Marketing, Conferences, Sales, and beyond to programmatically drive progress toward business objectives, successfully managing stakeholder needs and driving consensus.

  • Lead process for regular executive leadership updates on prospect conversion programs, and personally report program and pilot results in executive steering committees. Program manage setback for leadership updates and own PPT slide creation, working across presenters.

  • Support a variety of cross-functional initiatives, including long-range planning efforts as part of larger Experiential Marketing initiative as needed.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and MBA degree a plus

  • 7+ years of business experience in an agile fast-paced environment with program ownership and execution.

  • Strategic leadership potential; ability to synthesize a clear, consistent vision and implement effective programs

  • Experience accessing various data points to derive business outcomes, draw conclusions, and implement change.

  • Ability to gain insights and build connections with global, senior stakeholders

  • Strong skills in program management, critical thinking, data-drive storytelling / charts, and storytelling and presenting through PPT slides

  • Demonstrated track record of running effective pilots and turning into scaled programs.

  • Demonstrated track record of designing and managing optimized processes, projects and programs in a global workforce environment.
