Title:  Program Manager, Vendor Success

About the role:  

This is a unique opportunity for an iterative, creative, and self-motivated individual with a track record of success working with executive client roles in SaaS or End User companies to make a big impact on the growth of Gartner Peer Insights. We are looking for an impact-driven, problem solver who can lead client interactions with the goal of increasing adoption of the platform’s usage and enhancement of the vendor experience. As a Program Manager on the Vendor Success team, you will proactively advise vendors on how to stand up a successful Peer Insights program which includes activities such as review sourcing strategies, Peer Insights research inclusion, promotional content guidance, and many other platform-based functions. From an internal perspective, you will help identify opportunities to innovate our platform in collaboration with product managers, technical, software development teams, and leadership to enhance the program and experience for vendors.

What you will do:

  • Meet with vendors regularly to educate on the fundamentals of using the Peer Insights platform and advise on strategies that will enable them to be successful on their own
  • Solve program related challenges with vendors including escalations
  • Manage inbound vendor inquiries related to program use
  • Prioritize projects based on impact and alignment with the team’s long-term goals and strategy
  • Integrate and present feedback from multiple channels, including vendor and internal teams to improve processes/program/etc.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams on vendor adoption of program
  • Act as sales enablement for Reprints in collaboration with Sales teams

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field required
  • 5+ years of progressive business experience in a customer-facing role (working with C-Suite customers preferred), experience with SaaS organizations and product management is a plus
  • Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative analysis into actionable business strategies
  • Experience in gathering input from and communicating ideas to clients and key stakeholders across businesses
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of business, analytical, and technical stakeholders

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 76,000 USD - 106,260 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
