A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join one of our successful product verticals at Gartner New Business Sales for Sales and Customer Service Leaders in EMEA. Gartner for Sales Leaders remains at the forefront of driving revenue growth within global enterprises.

What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for hunting net new opportunities and strategically selling our Research and Advisory solutions across UK&I region. Your target audience will be Large Enterprise clients (successful companies generating in excess of $1 billion annual revenue). The opportunity is based in our attractive London office however we are now adopting a “Remote first” approach, so working from home flexibility is the new normal.
Principle Accountabilities:

Identify and drive new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organisations across UK and Ireland, targeting Large Enterprise C-level stakeholders.

Convert viable prospects into active Gartner clients (members), owning the full sales conversation and negotiation, through to the transition of new clients to the account management team

Continually build an encouraging pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against your sales metrics ensuring KPI’s are met

Quota responsibility delivering circa £350k per annum of new logo revenue across your assigned territory

Manage complex high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse business environments.

Exercise forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
What you’ll need:
-
5+ years’ B2B sales experience, preferably within either Technology, SaaS, services or a consultative environment

Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets in a business development / new business environment

Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives

Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sales process

Willingness to conduct EMEA-wide travel
