About The Role:
The conference sales internship is a comprehensive program within our conference sales channel. Interns will assist in the retention and growth of existing clients and forge relationships with prospective clients, while driving attendance to Gartner conferences within North America.

Interact with and receive coaching from leadership
Strategize and collaborate with the account team to drive conference attendance
Research and find new leads within named account territory

What You Will Need:
Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program with expected graduation date within a year of successfully completing the internship program
Exceptional communication skills
Financial motivation, driven by working in a results-based, goal-focused environment
A competitive nature and curiosity, demonstrated by extracurricular involvement in clubs or the community
Leadership or work experience to supplement strong student achievement

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 32,000 USD - 50,600 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
