Sales Coordinator
Gartner are looking for a proactive and dynamic/enthusiastic sales coordinator to support the European Midsize Enterprise Sales team in London. EMSE is one of the fastest growing Sales Channels within Gartner, so this will naturally bring a fast pace to this role. The role of sales coordinator is imperative to ensure that senior stakeholders can run their day seamlessly. As well as supporting VP’s and Management, your main responsibilities will be:

Diary management across various time zones / co-ordination of VP diaries (e.g. booking rooms, ordering catering, agenda management etc)

General office administration (e.g. sorting post, supplying and ordering stationary, kitchen supplies etc)

Assist with slides and presentations for meetings and recognition

Point of call for over 100 sales associates for ad hoc enquiries
-
Managing on boarding of new candidates (e.g. adding to DLs, etc.)

Facilitating team activities / incentives, outlined by the VP (e.g. catering, booking rooms / venues etc)

Booking flights for key internal events, whilst adhering to Gartner’s travel policy

Liaising with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders

Administrative and on-site support for local events
To be successful in the role you should:

Have proven experience in a co-ordination / scheduling / planning / office manager / personal assistant (PA) role

Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgement

Must have an excellent work ethic and high attention to detail

Have strong organisational skills

Have strong stakeholder management skills

Have strong interpersonal skills

Have experience in managing multiple diaries at one time

Display a high level of prioritisation skills

Able to work independently and remotely

Be a quick learner and be able to adapt to an active sales environment

Be competent in using an array of internal systems and data processing tools (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Sheets)

Be able to work from the London office for 2 days per week (Wednesday & Thursdays)
