US Benefit Analyst
The Benefit Analyst is responsible for administration of Gartner’s benefit plans and leave policies, and supports benefit program management, and serves as a subject matter expert to associates, HR, and managers. This role supports Gartner associates located in the Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Gartner’s third-party leave administrator, and internal partners (e.g., Legal, Payroll, HR, HRIS) to manage leaves of absence and workplace accommodations. Serve as primary point of contact for the associate throughout their leave or the accommodation review process. Leave programs includes disability, FMLA, State-paid leaves, parental leave, personal leave, military leave, and workers compensation.
- Manage assigned programs and benefits plans, including managing vendor relationships, integrations, invoices, communications, and issue resolution.
- Participate in and/or lead annual open enrollment processes, including, system readiness and testing, communications, associate presentations, events, and vendor coordination.
- Stay up to date on regulations impacting employee benefits and support compliance related initiatives.
- Support evaluation and implementing of new benefits programs, policies, and initiatives.
- Develop/update communications for associates and HRP to drive engagement and gain efficiencies.
- Provide oversight of day-to-day administration in Workday, partnering with HRIS to resolve issues and implement enhancements/new plans.
- Research and respond to associate and HR inquiries, including complex benefit plan issues.
- Support or manage special projects.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years relevant experience administering U.S. benefit plans and/or administering leave of absence policies including FMLA, disability plans, state-mandated disability benefits, workplace accommodations, and workers compensation.
- Knowledge of Canadian benefits is a plus.
- Experience with Workday or other HR Benefit systems.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (e. g., v-lookups, pivot tables, if/then formulas); advanced proficiency a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations/documentation.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 62,400 USD - 86,940 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
