About This Role: 

As a Digital Product Manager you will support our GDM product efforts by integrating strategic goals with ongoing stakeholder requirements. You will also support the innovation, vision, and strategy of our Advisor CRM solution. The ideal candidate will take ownership of executing OKR initiatives, is driven by the desire to help others reach their milestones, will work closely with the Engineering team to ensure business and data understanding, and will consistently deliver priority impacts to our business partners.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead through example.

  • Understand enterprise data concepts, such as models, integrations (APIs), data governance, and conceptual data architecture.

  • Troubleshoot in SQL necessary data business understanding and validate data models/solutions.

  • Develop deep empathy for our business stakeholders.

  • Learn the business processes and operate with a sense of urgency when needed.

  • Provide thorough, actionable specifications, define user stories and requirements, and incorporate business needs to help the team deliver high-quality features.

  • You will support our internal stakeholders by understanding their pain points, develop clear problem definition, and collaborate with Product & Engineering teams on potential solutions.

  • Communicate with our stakeholders the progress and impact of implemented features.

  • You will overcome obstacles and focus on solutions.

  • Be ridiculously gritty.

  • You will use data, research, and your intuition to execute valuable solutions to market quickly.

  • You will work closely with the Product Director, Business Stakeholders, and Engineering to ensure immediate needs meet business goals and fit within the product vision.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in internal business-facing product management or equivalent role.

  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience will give you the foundation you need to succeed.

  • Ability to troubleshoot business needs using web-based applications, analytics, and understanding of cross-departmental alignment.

  • Drive value for the business through the development of product features.

  • Experience with modern product management tools, Jira preferred.

  • Great communication skills.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented. Can self-manage by creating processes and implement measures of success.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 92,000 USD - 130,410 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
