Description

Gartner Digital Markets supports the technology needs of small and medium-sized organizations. The business comprises three brands - Software Advice, Capterra, and GetApp - who are the leaders in helping small businesses select the right software. For candidates exploring the technology space for their next opportunity, Gartner Digital Markets can offer the excitement of working for a startup, balanced by the stability of a large established organization and the opportunity to be on the front lines of innovation in a company that is growing and transforming.

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will ultimately be responsible for what keeps us in business: quality. You'll review vendors’ leads and a sampling of advisors’ calls to make sure we're doing it right from step one to the finished product.

What you’ll do:

  • Proofreading and enhancing the notes for all the leads we send to our partner software vendors. Work to improve lead quality. Good enough won't cut it here. You'll work hard to ensure that each lead we send is the best in the business.

  • Provide feedback to our advisors through lead review, call scoring, and ongoing coaching, working closely with the qualification management team.

  • Listen to and score recorded calls. Our advisors call thousands of businesses each day and help hundreds in the process. You'll review a sampling of them to make sure we're delivering high quality leads and an awesome buyer experience, plus provide feedback and coaching to take our quality to the next level.

  • Learn the ins and outs of all the software markets we review. Trust us, there’s a lot to learn.

What you’ll need:

  • A passion for efficiency. When our leads are high quality, our clients are happy. You’ll help keep them that way.

  • Accountability. You’re the watchdog here. You’ll make sure that everything is perfect before our leads are sent out and that all of our software advisors are following our call flow.

  • Attention to details. We win when our clients win. You pay attention to the details and spot missed opportunities before the lead is out the door.

  • An overachiever. When you see something that needs to be done, you roll up your sleeves and do it. You’re always looking for ways to save your teammates time.

  • A love of feedback. Everyone has room for improvement. You’ll point out the opportunities for improvement as well as things our advisors are doing well.

Who you are:

  • Has an ear and eye for details. You understand how to listen actively and pay attention to the details. No mistakes are slipping by you.

  • Takes pride in their work. You hold yourself to a high standard and won’t accept less than the very best work from yourself and your coworkers.

  • A quick learner. There’s going to be a ton to learn right off the bat. We’re looking for someone with the smarts to learn our software markets in record time.

  • Is comfortable with repetitive work . You thrive on owning a task and being the best at it.

What we offer:

  • A collaborative, positive culture . You’ll work with people who are as enthusiastic, smart and driven as you are. You’ll be managed by the best too.

  • Limitless growth and learning opportunities. We offer the excitement of a fast-paced entrepreneurial workplace and the professional growth opportunities of an established global organization.

  • Outstanding compensation . We offer a competitive salary and generous benefits; including a robust time off allowance and great perks.
