HR Intern Job Responsibility:
What you’ll do:
P file management
- The HR intern will perform full time role in summer vacation to check and re-organize GC P-files:
- Those P-files original copies were delivered from Singapore to China last year. We have done a preliminary sorting already, however more work is needed to validate the number of files and make e-copies and well sorted them into both HR online folders and offline file cabinet.
Data clean up in workday
- To support APJ region working on data clean up in workday, e.g. 1. employee emergency address/contact where at the moment are blank in workday ; 2. China employee contract start / end date information validation; 3. China Employee work location information validation, and corrections.
Assist with HR operation related documents preparation, collection, sealing, tracking & delivery.
- Contract Renewals Management for China Associates(2nd Contract Renewal&3rd Contract Renewal)-Only the Hard Copies Sealing & P-file tracking & Mailing Delivery
- Employment Verifications, Income Certification & other employee related letters etc.-Preparation, Sealing & Mailing Delivery
Provide HR local admin support by collaborating with payroll, benefit and ADP(payroll vendor) to support associates’ requests.
- Beijing Residency Permit(new application & renewal), Shanghai Hukou related application/queries, BJ Hukou-Tracking, Communication with Associates, ADP Collaboration, Company Chop Sealing
- Local Benefit Registration documents preparation: Social insurance and housing fund-Documents Collection, Communication with Associates.
- Maternity Allowance documents preparation and collection.
Who you are :
- At least 3 days per week attendance, ensure full time attendance in summer vacation.
- Sophomore or Junior year undergraduate students majoring in HRM, Management, English or other social science subjects.
- Excellent English skills, especially writing and reading skills.
- Detail-oriented & good time management skills.
- Passionate about pursuing long-term HR career.
