Description

  • Defining goals, establishing metrics, measuring attainment of those goals and encourage / enforce their compliance. Ensure accuracy on forecasting & pipelining.
  • Territory planning to drive increased utilization of accounts focusing on new business.
  • Recruiting, motivating, and leading a team of 4-6 Account managers/ client directors.
  • Accelerating the ramp up of new hires.
  • Coaching and mentoring team to maximize on the sales process. Inspiring through training, performance management, and opportunity creation.
  • Fostering strong internal support network ecosystem
  • Actively participate on the sales cycle to bring strategic support to complex deals.

Role requirements:

  • Graduate with minimum 8yrs of years of experience with prior experience of managing a team.
  • Has seen previous success as a Salesperson.
  • Belief in outcome & value-based selling ideally within the IT, software or consulting industries. Accomplished at solving business problems.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to understand broader business implication of decisions. Promoting a vision that resonates with your team and with your customers.
  • Strong communicator - clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Your presentation skills are compelling, relevant & memorable.
  • Outstanding relationship builder - collaborating with all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious and resourceful are terms others describe you as.
  • Creative and resourceful – you will always find a way to delight a customer.
  • Multi-tasking skills to prioritize in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
