About the role:
The primary objective of the Financial Systems Analyst is to support globally based users of various financial applications. You will use acquired system knowledge and analytical skills to resolve user issues and questions, as well as support opportunities for process automation within these systems.
What you’ll do:

Assist in the implementation of the full life cycle of RPA solutions: identify RPA opportunities; gather requirements; design, document; and implement, test and deploy targeted RPA solutions

Assist in the creation of RPA performance reports as needed
-
Assist others seeking to utilize RPA technologies to automate and streamline manual business processes
-
Effective use of creative, analytical skills to identify, address, trouble-shoot and resolve data/system with the guidance of management

Reports and clearly explains to IT any issues that cannot be resolved by the financial systems team.

Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as assigned

Supporting monthly, quarterly and year end activities
What you’ll need
-
0-3 years accounting/information technology related experience
-
Associates/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science/Management Information Systems preferred
-
Experience in any role that required(s) working between a business unit and IT and facilitating communications
-
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience preferred
-
Python Experience

Ability to learn new tools quickly

Tremendous passion and interest in technology that translates into high business acumen

Highly organized with great time management skills; Able to effectively reprioritize to support the business; Act with a sense of urgency

Strong customer service mindset and talent for anticipating customer needs
