About the role:
The Gartner Digital Markets International Team is looking for a passionate digital marketer with native-level English to drive the growth of Capterra in the UK, Australia, and Canada. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with specific experience in SEO and managing omnichannel campaigns. The chosen candidate will be responsible for designing and executing SEO optimization and paid partnership programs to drive traffic to Capterra’s local websites and increase conversion rates. 

The successful applicant will work with Gartner Digital Markets’ Marketing, SEO, Editorial, Brand, and Sales teams and ensure that all activities are aligned with our editorial content and sales objectives. The Marketing Specialist will report directly to the International Marketing Manager for English-Speaking Markets.

What you will do:

  • Work alongside the English-speaking Marketing and Content teams to ensure our SEO and paid marketing efforts help grow local website traffic and conversions. 

  • Work with our global SEO team and our local marketing specialists to propose and execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and opportunities to improve SEO metrics. 

  • Drive the optimization and scalability of omnichannel marketing programs for Capterra with strategic partners, to increase brand visibility and generate sales opportunities. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with local and global Marketing, SEM, Content, Brand, Product, and Sales teams to ensure seamless project execution, evaluate performance, and identify areas for improvement. 

  • Help the UK, Australian, and Canadian Marketing and Content teams optimize their local content strategies by providing data and competitor insights. 

  • Support the design and execution of digital PR campaigns as needed. 

  • Support and enhance the reporting for all major KPIs associated with the English-speaking markets. 

  • Analyze data sets and provide insights and recommendations to develop the markets

What you will need:

  • Fluent (preferably native) level of English. 

  • Minimum 3 years of Digital Marketing work experience, including:

    Website analytics metrics and tools; SEO performance monitoring and optimization; Omnichannel campaign planning and execution.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills and a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate projects with different departments and stakeholders.

  • Experience managing external partners and marketing agencies. 

  • Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or SaaS industries.

  • Knowledge of the UK, Australian, and/or Canadian markets is a strong plus. 

  • BA education level.

  • Based in Barcelona (or willing to relocate) and able to work full time.
