Description
The Business Analyst role provides a unique opportunity to play a critical role in helping to transform Gartner Marketing into an even bigger contributor to Gartner growth with an analytical underpinning and approach. The Business Analyst will partner closely with the MVP of Experiential Marketing and Innovation as well as other senior leaders across the business, using advanced analytical methods to develop creative approaches that solve complex operational problems. In addition to developing new solutions, the Business Analyst will proactively find ways to improve current workstreams, ensuring they are fully optimized and scalable.
What You Will do:
- Serve as Product Service Owner to identify new ideas, assess them, design and run tests, and determine success and take to scale
- Perform and present data analysis of key metrics from various initiatives to identify, recommend and optimize multiple Corporate Marketing programs, including ROI analysis, benchmarking, etc.
- Create and maintain positive stakeholder relationships and communicate program results
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams in other business units to drive business objectives
- Work on a variety of cross-functional initiatives, including long-range planning efforts
What You Will Need:
- 3-7 years of progressive business experience
- Ability to convert business insights to actionable recommendations
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and solid work ethic
- Strong organizational, time, and project management skills
- Ability to balance multiple demands and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- MBA or equivalent degree a plus

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 68,800 USD - 96,600 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
