About the Role : The Registration Planner, Corporate Events & Incentives will implement the registration process for Gartner’s Corporate Events and annual Sales Incentives program, Winners Circle. Ensure first-class delivery by using leading-edge technologies to create a memorable registration experience while remaining laser-focused on the client needs and expectations.
What You’ll Do :

Be an integral part of the Center of Excellence responsible for creating a registration experience which is thoughtful and personalized.

Partner with the Registration Technology team to support the development, testing and implementation of 4-5 registration sites annually for internal meetings in addition to Winners Circle, Gartner’s annual Sales Incentive trip.

Cultivate effective relationships with internal stakeholders for each meeting, ensuring clear understanding of their strategy and priorities.

Partner with external vendors who assist with project management of Winners Circle.

In collaboration with the Corporate Events & Incentives team, adhere to strict timelines for registration site delivery to client and launch dates for meeting attendees.

Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams around the organization.

Support the on-site requirements for all meetings, ensuring the teams have all required registration materials.

Aiding Corporate Events & Incentives team with reporting and analysis of attendance data.

Travel to meetings and provide on-site support as needed and determined with manager.

Conduct post-event debriefs with key stakeholders to ensure all meeting KPIs have been met.
What You’ll Need :
-
Bachelors degree or higher
-
2+ years of relevant work experience
-
Experience with Event Registration platforms preferred
-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize and troubleshoot errors

Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Solid understanding and usage of G-suite applications (Sheets, Docs and Slides)

Effective communication while demonstrating a client service mindset in all interactions. Experience with providing service and collaborating with global colleagues a plus.
