About This Role:
Gartner's production strategy team leads projects that drive incremental value for conference attendees and exhibitors - and accelerates revenue growth for Gartner. We are looking for an execution-minded strategic thinker who can lead a portfolio of global projects aimed at helping drive consistent, scalable 20%+ revenue and contribution margin growth from Gartner’s industry-leading portfolio of conferences and events. You will lead a portfolio of projects that leverage data and AI to improve personalization, connect the customer journey across Gartner products and services, and enhance the digital customer experience. The role requires a creative and customer-centric strategic thinker who is passionate about translating data into business value.
What You’ll Do:

Lead business projects that leverage AI and data to solve customer and business problems

Develop personalization / recommendation strategy for conference user experience

Test and measure impact of data and personalization services on client outcomes

Partner with conference program management, content, and business solutions teams on metadata / tagging projects

Explore applications for generative AI and natural language processing within the conference customer experience

Identify and commercialize opportunities to monetize data via new products and services

Explain and evangelize AI and data capabilities to Gartner leadership, business partners, and clients

Assess results and ROI of data / AI products and projects

Partner closely with conference centers of excellence and Gartner Ombuds and CDO teams to ensure conference customer data usage complies with Gartner’s ethical, privacy, and data protection guidelines

Lead additional customer experience and product innovation projects as needed
What You’ll Need:
Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience. Master’s degree in business, data & analytics, or other technical field preferred.

Experience leading strategic projects on data strategy and/or business applications of data
Analytics & AI

Solid understanding of AI landscape, trends, and methods
-
Proficient in connecting data with business value through storytelling and visualization

Ideally candidate has some experience with commercializing data & insights products
Project & Change Management

Strong project management discipline

Ability to build strategic relationships and inspire/influence colleagues at all levels

High degree of comfort applying frameworks and structure to work through ambiguity and uncertainty

Experience with change management frameworks and internal communications

Excellent verbal and written communications skills across all levels of the organization
