Digital Customer Experience: Manager Strategic Projects (Stamford)

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead / manage workstreams on strategic projects related to conference digital customer experience, in areas such as:

    • Agenda building

    • Peer networking

    • Personalization

    • Onboarding and loyalty programs

    • Customer journey

  • Serve as “business owner” for components of key digital customer experience projects – participate in sprint reviews, requirements meetings, coordinate with other business stakeholders to offer clear direction to business solutions team

  • Develop and execute plans to understand customer needs, test new concepts and products with target customers, and iterate designs based on feedback

  • Build / maintain relationships with teams across conferences and other business units / functions to understand requirements and end-to-end commercialization needs

  • Lead launch and rollout planning for new products and/or major new features

What You’ll Need :

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience.

  • Experience leading strategic projects in management consulting, product team, or corporate / business strategy team

Strategy / Analytics

  • Energized by ambiguity and solving complex problems

  • Strong analytics skillset including analyzing / segmenting customer data, defining KPIs

  • Broad functional understanding, preferably in high-growth B2B environments

  • Strong financial acumen and experience building business cases

Project & Change Management

  • Strong project management discipline

  • Ability to build strategic relationships and inspire/influence colleagues at all levels

  • High degree of comfort applying frameworks and structure to work through ambiguity and uncertainty

  • Experience with change management frameworks and internal communications

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills across all levels of the organization

Personal

  • Passion for immersive, experiential businesses

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

  • Smart, bold, but humble attitude to work collaboratively with fellow associates

  • Willingness to travel (including international) for multiple days at least 6-8x per year
