As a Growth Strategy and Scaling Expert for SaaS Start-up Companies (Senior Director/Analyst), you’ll help Gartner client companies in the technology industry solve complex challenges and deliver on key initiatives, have impact across industries, and grow your career.

We are looking for candidates that have:

A successful track record as a leader in a SaaS startup with experiences spanning early seed stage to scaling.

Expertise in product and sales led growth, pricing models, sales process and effectiveness, routes to market and channels.

Experience and appreciation for getting things done efficiently requiring the minimal resources typically available to SaaS startups.
What You’ll Do:
-
Conduct research to develop actionable and objective insight targeting tech CEOs and their teams.
-
Deliver high quality actionable advice to tech CEO clients through a variety of media.
-
Help tech CEO’s develop tools to establish and scale their organizations.
-
Collaborate with other Gartner experts to drive thought leading commercial innovation across all customer segments, including market share leading technology and service providers.

Write clear, actionable, advisory research documents.

Work collaboratively as part of a globally distributed team of analysts.
Job Requirements:
-
12 plus years’ experience working within a technology field and relevant corporate development, strategic planning, and leadership experience.

Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred

A desire and ability to write effectively and succinctly.

A strong ability to explain complex ideas effectively.

Proficiency in distilling data or information to identify key findings

Ability to effectively navigate a highly matrixed environment
