The Associate Director, People Analytics – Product Management will be at the forefront of action and innovation in HR. You will be the leading the charge in generating maximum value from analytical products for some of Gartner’s biggest people-centric initiatives. From optimizing workforce productivity to forecasting and mitigating attrition, you will provide the strategic vision to solve challenging problems and execute on that vision to deliver tangible results.
What you’ll do:

Build out and implement product strategies that are in alignment with HR’s mission critical priorities
-
Develop best practices and guidelines for a newly developed Product Management function
-
Manage a suite of new and existing People analytics solutions throughout the product life cycle
-
Own relationships with product stakeholders, developers and delivery teams to drive the development, support and ongoing operationalization of People Analytics products
-
Lead and execute communication strategies, product trainings, and focus groups for product end users

Utilize product management techniques to drive globally consistent execution across large scale change initiatives
What you’ll need:
-
Management/leadership experience:
-
5+ years of experience managing analytical products or leading project-based initiatives that drive business transformation on prioritized initiatives
-
Successful track record of superior service delivery and change management in a global environment
-
Ability to mentor junior product managers to instill product management best-practices
-
People Analytics, HR Strategy, HR Effectiveness, and HR Technology experience preferred

Strategic problem solving with bias for action:

Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans/requirements and make decisions with imperfect information

Comprehension of advanced analytical techniques and business knowledge used to solve complex problems
-
Experience getting to a pilot solution, getting real world feedback, and then iterating to v1.0+ with a continuous improvement mindset

Ability to comprehend and translate communication between technical and non-technical audiences (i.e., requests from end users into product requirements for product developers)

Ability to collaborate with cross-functionally to scale newly developed capabilities

Technical acumen:
-
Proficiency in Excel
-
Experience with product/project management software such as Jira, Monday, Asana etc.

Comfortable creating compelling data visualizations for non-technical audiences
-
Experience creating and leading product trainings, documentation, and communications for broad consumption
