About this role: 

We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to help drive marketing efforts across different channels and product lines globally. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing activities aligned with global marketing teams, but will have a close working relationship with the APAC region, to implement and execute marketing strategies that require partnering across multiple teams within the business to drive business growth. They will work closely with a team of geographically dispersed Marketing leaders to execute scalable, globally consistent marketing practices.

Marketing impact is measured on revenue sourced from marketing leads, brand awareness, new product launch effectiveness and overall effectiveness in coordinating with other relevant corporate functions and teams. Based in our Gurgaon, India office, this is an exciting time to join a growing international business.

The marketing team in Gurgaon is a key contributor to our global marketing and sales enablement department (~60 global associates) and accelerates sales productivity by developing product messaging & campaign strategy that is brought to market through experiential, digital, paid 3rd parties, unpaid media and sales channels.


What You Will Do:

  • Execute marketing activities to drive customer acquisition and cross-sell through integrated marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, social media engagement and campaign reporting and analysis.

  • Develop compelling and concise content for our lead generation campaigns across various channels including website, email, social media etc.

  • Support the global and regional webinar program to secure registrations, attendance and marketing qualified leads for our sales teams by optimising the social and digital channels available (e.g. Linkedin, Twitter, WeChat, email, website, newsletters, etc.)

  • Manage email marketing campaign execution by writing content, creating campaign tracking and partnering with our email deployment team.

  • Write and optimize public website content with a strong understanding of SEO

  • Draft ad copy for various paid social media campaigns such as LinkedIn Sponsored Updates, SEM ads etc.

  • Support marketing collateral creation and create effective sales enablement materials to improve sales teams’ ability to authentically engage with segments

  • Partner with marketing leaders to develop a deep understanding of messaging and product offerings.

  • Collaborate across business lines and with colleagues in Gurgaon to identify, leverage and integrate marketing ideas and activities.

  • Review marketing performance using metrics and analytics: pulling and compiling reports from dashboards; making recommendations from analysis and adapting marketing plans to incorporate best practices

  • Coordinate with marketing partners (Centres of Excellence) across the larger marketing organization to develop marketing assets, digital marketing campaigns, etc.

 

What You Will Need:

  • BS/BA degree or MBA degree on marketing or related field

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience, including:

    • Strong English communication and written skills

    • Experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns

    • Experience with a CRM (salesforce or SugarCRM), CMS (Hippo or Adobe AEM), email management system (Eloqua) and Google Analytics preferred.

  • Intermediate/advanced Excel experience preferably ease with formulas and pivot tables.

  • Experience marketing to executive-level audiences

  • Experience in managing multiple senior stakeholders across geographies will be an added advantage

  • Strong in data analysis and communications will be advantageous.
