Quantitative Project Specialist, Client Topic Sensing

About this role:

We are looking for a customer-focused data analytics person with strong quantitative skills to join a newly formed team within the Research and Advisory’s (R&A) Content and Research Excellence organization. As the Project Specialist of Client Topic Sensing, you’ll work with cross-functional groups, and collaborate across content creators, market research, product managers, data scientists and engineers to prepare reports and analysis to inform business decision making. 

What you will do:

  • Front-line support for content creators on best practices for understanding how to use our client topic sensing tool, including maintaining of the team’s mailbox to assist stakeholders with questions and ad hoc data analytics requests 

  • Develop recommendations to improve the Client Topic Sensing team’s support for key business partners

  • Help shape business questions and align the right mix of inputs (quantitative / qualitative) to determine the level of precision for required analysis 

What you’ll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing Analytics or other data science field 

  • Bachelor degree in data science or other relevant field

  • Excellent project management skills, in addition to native-level verbal and written communication in English

  • Experience with business information services preferred

  • High data literacy, passion for data science 

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, statistical methodologies, and databases

  • Any experience with R is a plus
