The People Analytics Platform Manager will be responsible for the continued rollout, adoption, enhancements, and success of Visier to the broader Gartner HR organization. This role will be focused on ensuring we deliver value and meet the needs of our stakeholders through on-demand analytics powered by Visier.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategically position Visier in the greater portfolio of People Analytics and HR products

  • Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for Visier that delivers the most value for Gartner 

  • Regularly engage with HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning and other internal stakeholders who utilize workforce data to understand business needs and how Visier can help drive insights to action

  • Partner closely with data engineering, internal consultants, and stakeholders to increase usage and engagement and iterative enhancements

  • Drive change management and training as new teams are onboarded and new functionality is rolled out 

  • Develop a productive relationship with the vendor to align on advanced functionality, future releases, escalations, and regular communication 

  • Own day-to-day operations for Visier including access requests and customer support

  • Be the power user of Visier to lead from expertise 

  • Create a simple, yet powerful, experience for users

What you’ll need:

  • 6+ years’ experience in People Analytics and/or Consulting (internal or external)

  • Visier knowledge and experience

  • Experience working with confidential/sensitive information with a high level of integrity

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities

  • Strong quantitative analysis skills

  • Ability to work and build relationships cross-functionally
