About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator / EA to partner with one of our senior MVPs in our High technology Sales Organisation. Our High Tech team work with Enterprise Technology clients who have an impressive $1B+ in annual revenue and include 77% of the Global 500 to address their most critical priorities.


The postholder will be responsible for providing remote support to regional MVP through activities such as event planning, social media managing, working on Diversity and inclusion strategies for the region as well as diary management, organizing & coordinating local events, and supporting Sales Strategic Planning & Marketing activities.

Principal accountabilities / overall responsibilities:

Support VP and Sales Managers:

  • Manage aligned VP calendar to include R&Ps with SM's, Ops reviews, weekly management meetings, general calendar management & booking rooms for meetings if in office
  • Presentation requirements for regional meetings and other recognition based meetings
  • Travel bookings where required for VP's (hotel/flight/train when approved)
  • Send travel approvals for VP's to finance through SAP Concur
  • Support VP to develop innovative ideas for team collaboration, team meetings and general team engagement within a Virtual-First company approach

Other priorities

  • Working with facilities to book meeting rooms monthly and Quarterly in advance in local office, needed for SM and VP meetings with team NCVI and sales teams
  • Keep up to date with Google/MS teams/WebEx enhancements/training through Gartner YOU to advise VP's and SM's how best to leverage tech for virtual/live meetings.
  • Use latest Gartner approved technology for presentations
  • Keep Org charts up to date during the year on the correct google drives. Update DL's when new recruits start, and change DL's when people leave/move teams
