About the role
Operations Specialist position responsible for support of Gartner’s client-facing tools portfolio to help fulfill our Sales, Services & Corporate Delivery strategy.
What you’ll do:

Analyze, debug, and enhance various integration solutions for SFDC integrations.

Require Strong debugging /problem analyzing skills.
-
Strong team player with experience working with large software engineering teams.
-
Follows direction in Data and Integration efforts for Sales, Service and Corporate Systems.

Consistent application delivery and production support.
-
Effective and timely communication across IT & Business users.
-
Maintain subject matter knowledge on the applications, product and/or business process associated with the application.

Enthusiastic advocate and expert in modern full software development lifecycle practices
-
Experience working on Service Now / Jira tickets.

Must be devoted to delivering quality and well-tested solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will be adaptable, results-focused and can work independently or as part of a team.
What you’ll need:
-
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or Engineering preferred.

Ability to support day-to-day IT operations.
-
Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
-
implementation, and support experience around complex Salesforce integration programs using Oracle PL/SQL or Microsoft TSQL.

Ability to write and understand complex SQL statements.
-
Demonstrated experience in the supporting ETL processes for data loading and extraction.

Requires Strong debugging /problem analyzing skills.

Experience with Cloud Infrastructure AWS (event bridge, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Vault, Autoscaling, EC2 & Lambda),

Experience in supporting Web Services using WSDL, SOAP, HTTP, and UDDI. Has good knowledge in RESTful web services. Strong understanding of JSON usage.

Experience handling integrations through ETL, Pub/Sub and replication technologies

Experience with Cloud Infrastructure AWS and Azure is a plus.

Experience with Salesforce & Siebel CRM Platform is a plus.

Enthusiastic advocate and expert in modern full software development lifecycle practices

Working experience with onsite/offshore model is preferred.
