Description
The Senior Planner, Conference Enablement will support communications and enablement projects to drive internal conference engagement within the Gartner Sales and Services organizations globally. This role works with Sales Operations and Communications, Service Operations and Communications, Experiential Marketing and various Conference teams to develop impactful communications and clear resources for our frontline associates through partnership with stakeholders across the wider Gartner business.
What you will do :

Support overall execution of conference enablement strategy to ensure timely and relevant delivery of conference information with sales and service associates

Own the scheduling process for live conference briefings from start to finish – identifying target dates, coordinating presenter schedules, coordinating with Comms teams to calendar briefings, building tracker for year of briefings, etc.

Support attendance tracking as well as the execution of live, regional conference briefings, including offering project management and editing support for deck builds

Identify opportunities for process improvements and tool enhancements to develop innovative solutions that drive efficiency within Gartner Conferences and across Sales/Service teams.

Propose and execute innovative ways to better communicate key information to sales and services teams.

Help develop and manage a tactical communications calendar that incorporates quarterly business updates, new initiatives, and ongoing priorities. The calendar aims to:

Prioritize and simplify content to deliver the right information to the right people at the right time.

Ensure all associates have easy access to critical tools and resources to complete compulsory activities.

Ensure all associates have clarity on conference timelines for deliverables, etc.

Ensure clear, concise information is readily available for ongoing activities.

Fact check and enhance conference enablement tools, resources and communications built by other BU, ensuring alignment of direction, information and timelines
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree

3-5 years’ experience in Project Management, Sales Enablement, Communications, or other business experience working with multiple stakeholders

Strategic Thinker - Self-motivated, collaborative and solution oriented

Solution-Focus -- Comfortable with complexity and drive to make things simpler

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail plus ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task on projects

Ability to learn and understand key information around conferences and identify and drive necessary communications

Proven ability to work on a cross-functional team

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Excellent written communication skills – able to translate complex information into impactful messages/slides

Strong oral communication skills; demonstrated ability to speak clearly and persuasively
