  • Performs diversified administrative tasks and special assignments in support of the Group Vice President according to company and department procedures while exercising a high degree of discretion and initiative
  • Provides screening, fielding, and prioritizing of inbound communications via telephone, mail and e-mail to resolve critical issues in a timely manner
  • Interacts in a professional manner with senior executives internally
  • Works autonomously to manage projects and maintain communication with interested parties
  • Creates spreadsheets and graphs and PowerPoint presentations as needed
  • Prepare and manage all sales performance tracking, which includes stack ranking, recognition, and awards
  • Demonstrates a proven ability to analyze data, research information, problem-solve and coordinate projects
  • Manages the calendar and project management for department training and cross-functional meetings
  • Coordinates detailed travel arrangements, as well as meeting and event planning
  • Participates in team meetings/events by capturing notes & ensuring follow up on active items
  • Enters and reviews travel & expense submissions
  • All other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-5 years business experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferred
  • Experience, ideally supporting senior executives, preferred
  • The ability to prioritize, complete multiple assignment and coordinate and monitor workflow
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to manage a project from start to finish
  • Capacity to work on multiple projects at once, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Expert skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with confidential material in a discreet and professional way
  • Must be highly organized with good time management skills with a strong ability to handle tight deadlines
