Coordinator, Sales Analyst

About the role:

This is an entry level position which is responsible for providing data/analytics and reporting support pertaining to regional Global Business sales (GBS) business activities. This role will partner with an experienced Sales Business Analyst team to provide consistency and automation of reports/processes across GBS, enabling the team to scale and support the growth of the business.  We are looking for a driven, analytical, collaborative team member who will support workstreams across a variety of sales productivity programs with an interest in growing in a business analytics career path.

What you will do:

•Partner directly with Sales Business Analyst (SBA), supporting needs of the region across the entire hierarchy
•Provide accurate, timely and actionable analytics at the direction of the SBA and sales leaders
•Assist with forecasting monthly
•Help manage month and quarter-end processes ensuring all business is transacted and accurate
•Assist in reporting and creating presentations for lower levels of the management hierarchy
•Enhance our capability to analyze and make sense of large sets of data and translate findings in a visually appealing manner that tells a story and drives decision making
•Drive objectives and consistent reporting in support of GBS Priority Programs utilizing standard analytics with each sales region.
•Provide ad-hoc analytics and information to stakeholders to help address their business questions in a timely and efficient manner
•Support each sales region’s understanding of enterprise sales tools and centralized reporting
•Provide administrative support for the sales region

What you will need:

•Bachelor’s degree is required
•Superior interpersonal skills
•Excellent written and oral communication
•Ability to present self professionally and intelligently to internal clients/colleagues
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness – intellectual curiosity
•Strong work ethic
