About the role
This is a unique opportunity to put your analytical skills to work. We are looking for a self motivated, success driven individual who can work well independently and provide support to a growing team in the Digital Workplace Services Operations Team. This role will allow successful candidates to work with Gartner associates across all business units supporting our various collaboration tools, including integrations and migrations. This role will allow for exposure to industry leading technologies and allow for growth with Digital Workplace Services. This role will include working with our help desk associates, our business partners and at times, our vendors. Delivering training sessions, updating training materials and providing one on one guidance to our business partners as needed.
What you’ll do

Be a subject matter expert on our enterprise collaboration tools

Work independently in a fast paced environment.

Partner with our Help Desk team to provide assistance and guidance on our tools.

Support business partners in their exploration of our Digital Workplace portfolio.

Create training programs with a focus on support and best practices of our collaboration technologies.

Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining high quality standards.

Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.

Identifying ways to improve associate experiences.

Interacting with customers and suppliers, answering questions, and resolving issues.

Tracking and reporting on operational performance.

Create metrics around our assorted collaboration tools that will include usage, adoption and status.
What you’ll need
-
Bachelor's degree preferred.
-
4+ years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role.

Experience with Project Management methodologies a +

Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Detail-oriented.

Proficient with O365
